iRest®: ( This is a practice of self-examination and rejuvenation based on Yoga Nidra, an ancient meditation technique.

This practice directly targets sleep deprivation, depression, and anxiety experienced by people with Post Traumatic Stress Injuries. It also helps in the integration of any new learning, whether cognitive or experiential.

It is done sitting or lying down, and involves no physical exercise. As with the Formative exercise, clients are encouraged to make this practice a regular part of their routine.
